Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the CastorBnb software-as-a-service application (the "Service"), provided by Veltone SAS ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CastorBnb provides a platform for vacation rental management, including features for team commission automation, synchronization with Property Management Systems (PMS), and owner reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Subscription: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is based on the number of active properties.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For Consumers in the EU: By subscribing to the Service, you request immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun or the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

6. User Responsibilities

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the data you input into the Service (e.g., property data, team member info). You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastorBnb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the past six months.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
